With freight wagons and swap bodies, we have attractive logistics assets generating stable cash flows. The asset management of our portfolio, i.e. letting and maintenance, is carried out by renowned asset managers. As the portfolio holder and owner of the logistics assets, we take over the management and control of the asset managers as well as the capital deployment into our business divisions with our portfolio management.

Executing this strategy, we have built up a broadly diversified end-customer base with leading state-owned railway companies, shipping companies, industrial and logistics companies on the one hand and on the other we have developed an attractive asset portfolio tailored to the market demands.
