Aves One AG processes only those personal data that are necessary to fulfil the legal obligations arising from the German Stock Corporation Act and other laws. Data processing is permitted pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c Basic Data Protection Ordinance (DSGVO).

Personal data concerning you will not be passed on to third parties. Exceptionally, third parties may also have access to this data, provided that they have been commissioned by Aves One AG to provide services within the framework of the administration of investor affairs. These are auditors, consultants and general meeting agencies. The service providers receive personal data only to the extent necessary for the provision of the service.

The above-mentioned data will be deleted if they are no longer necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations and if no legal retention period applies. The list of participants at an Annual General Meeting will not be deleted until two years have elapsed since the end of the Annual General Meeting; certain powers of attorney will only be deleted after three years.

In addition, you have the right to demand the correction of incorrect data, the right to demand the restriction of the processing of data that have been processed too extensively and the right to demand the deletion of personal data that have been processed unlawfully or have been stored for too long (as this is not contrary to any legal obligation to retain data and no other reasons pursuant to Art. 17 para. 3 DSGVO).
